Your own AI assistant

An AI assistant with its own inbox, working for your business.

Forward it an email, share a file, ask it to draft a quote. Private Assistant has its own email address and works alongside your files, signatures, customers and bookings, all hosted together on our own infrastructure instead of spread across a dozen SaaS tools.

Everything your assistant needs, in one place

The assistant isn't bolted onto someone else's tools. It works inside a suite we run ourselves.

  • Its own email address

Your assistant gets a real mailbox. Email it, CC it, forward it threads, and it replies from its own address.

  • Files

A shared file space for you, your team and your assistant, with folder-level access control.

  • E-signing

Send contracts and agreements out for digital signature, and know when they come back signed.

  • CRM and booking

Keep track of customers and conversations, and give customers a booking page to schedule time with you.

  • Customer support desk

Answer customers on the web and WhatsApp. The assistant handles what it knows and hands off to your team when it doesn't.

  • Documents on your letterhead

Upload your logo and company details once. Letters, quotes and proposals come out as PDF or Word in your own brand.

How it works

  1. 1

Create an account and pick an address for your assistant, like anna@privateassistant.ai.

  2. 2

    Set it up

Add your company details, logo and colours. A setup assistant walks you through what's left.

  3. 3

    Put it to work

Email it or chat with it. Anything sensitive waits for your approval before it runs.

Private by design, and honest about it

We run the suite ourselves. Here is what that means, and what it doesn't.

  • Self-hosted suite. Mail, files, e-signing, CRM, booking and support desk run on our own servers, not on third-party SaaS.
  • One container per assistant. Every assistant runs in its own isolated environment with its own storage.
  • You stay in control. Sensitive actions need your approval. You decide what it may do on its own.
  • Filtered mail. Incoming mail passes spam and antivirus filtering before your assistant sees it.
  • Single sign-on across every part of the suite.
  • AI models, plainly. The language models that do the thinking are provided by external AI providers, and some tasks can run on a local model instead. See the FAQ.

Frequently asked questions

Where is my data stored?

Your mail, files, signed documents, CRM records and bookings are stored on servers we operate ourselves. They are not handed to third-party SaaS products.

Which AI models does it use?

Your assistant's reasoning is done by large language models from external AI providers, reached through our own gateway. The text of a request (for example, the email you asked it to answer) is sent to that provider to produce a response. Some tasks, such as sorting incoming mail, run on a model hosted on our own hardware.

Can it send email or take actions on its own?

It sends mail from its own address, not yours. Actions that need your permission wait for your approval in chat. You can permanently approve specific actions you trust, and withdraw that approval at any time.

Can my team use it too?

Yes. You can invite team members and give them access to an assistant, and share folders with them.

How do I stop?

You can delete an assistant from your account page at any time. To close your account entirely, email support@privateassistant.ai.
